Tariff calculations done by hand in Excel can include the wrong period assignment, an incorrect tax rate and a missing reactive penalty.
The chain of meter reading → Excel calculation → PDF generation → email delivery takes weeks; tenant satisfaction drops.
EPDK updates unit prices every year; all Excel formulas have to be revised from scratch.

The water invoice is calculated automatically, including the unit price that varies by m³ tier, the wastewater charge and VAT.
Consumption and amount are read automatically from a photo of an external TEDAŞ/İSKİ invoice and compared with the measurement in the system.

The cost of common areas (HVAC, elevators, lighting) is allocated to tenants by floor-area ratio or consumption share.
Electricity (multi-period, tiered) and water (tiered, including wastewater) invoice types are supported. Natural gas is tracked only through external invoice entry; it is not calculated automatically.
The system administrator enters the new unit prices through the interface. All future-period calculations are then performed automatically using this new tariff. Past invoices do not change.
The CK Boğaziçi Elektrik and İSKİ invoice formats used in Turkey are supported. If a clear photo of the invoice is uploaded, the consumption and amount are recognized automatically.
When the invoice PDF is generated, it can be sent automatically to the tenant by email from the system. The tenant can also log in with the VIEWER role and download their own invoices.
