A tariff calculation done by hand in Excel can carry the wrong band assignment, an incorrect tax rate and a missing reactive penalty.

The system administrator enters the new unit prices from the interface. All future-period calculations then use the new tariff automatically. Past invoices are not changed.
The CK Bogazici Elektrik and ISKI invoice formats used in Turkiye are supported. If a clear photo of the invoice is uploaded, the consumption and amount are recognised automatically.
Once the invoice PDF is created it can be e-mailed to the tenant automatically from the system. The tenant can also sign in with a viewer role and download their own invoices.
At period end each tenant's meter reading is taken from the system automatically, consumption is split into the day, peak and night bands and multiplied by the EPDK tariff in force. The TRT share, energy fund, municipal consumption tax and VAT are then added to reach the invoice amount; a branded PDF is produced and e-mailed to the tenant. Payment status (pending, paid or overdue) is tracked on the same screen - nothing is calculated by hand in Excel. The same screen is used for invoice reconciliation: the invoice from the distribution company is placed side by side with the measured consumption, and the YEKDEM, distribution and reactive line items are shown separately. Electricity invoice analysis therefore rests on your own meter index rather than on an estimate.
