1. Data Controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), the data controller is Neva Otomasyon (an Argus EMS product). Contact: info@nevacontrol.com
2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes
This website processes only the following limited data:
- Contact/demo form: full name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), sector — solely to respond to your demo request.
- Cookie/analytics data: anonymous/pseudonymous statistics to analyse use of the site (only with your consent).
3. Legal Basis and Transfer
Form data is based on your explicit consent and on the legitimate interest of responding to your request. Analytics cookies operate only with explicit consent. Analytics data is processed through the Google Analytics 4 infrastructure (transfer abroad may be involved; IP anonymisation is enabled). Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookie Policy
The site uses two types of cookies. Analytics cookies are disabled by default; they operate only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice (Consent Mode v2).
