Weather Correlation
Temperature-consumption correlation coefficients are learned from facility data. Hot/cold weather is immediately reflected in the updated forecast.
Occupancy Factor
In hospitals, hotels, and shopping centres, occupancy rate directly affects consumption. Included in the forecast via API or manual input.
Real-Time Correction
Actual consumption from the first week of the month is applied as a projection coefficient for the remaining weeks.

Projection Questions
How does projection accuracy reach 95%?
The Argus algorithm uses last year's same-period consumption (YoY) as a base, then adds weather temperature and facility occupancy as correlation factors. The combination of these three variables produces far more accurate results than a simple rolling average.
How is projection done for a new facility?
If no historical data exists, sector averages are used for the first 3 months. Once 3 months of real data have accumulated, the system automatically switches to its own data.
How often is the projection updated?
The next 30-day forecast is updated every night at midnight. Weather data is fetched every 6 hours.
How is it exported to the CFO report?
Argus generates the monthly budget projection report as a PDF and automatically sends it to the CFO mailing list.
